5th Annual Pumpkin Smash 
Saturday, November 4th 
Time: 10 am - 1 pm at Veteran's Park

“ Smash it, Don’t Trash it,” 

Let's continue to divert pumpkins from the Landfill.

Drop-off ONLY begins at 9 am SMASHING  10 am - 1 pm 
 

Collecting jack-o-lanterns, un-smashed pumpkins, corn stalks, and straw bales too! Please remove all decorations and candles.
 

 Pumpkins will be composted by the Compost Works Initiative @ Grow Amsterdam NY  by composting your pumpkins you are keeping organic waste out of the landfills, reducing greenhouse gas emissions, and creating compost, a natural fertilizer, for Community Gardens in Amsterdam.
