Many Thanks to all our volunteers Tricia Tauss, Tom Twente, Ed Tauss, Julie Capito, Molly Capito, Tom Havens, Dylan, Scott White, and Alberto Beltran for their time and commitment to help us gather, chop and educate our community on the value of diverting food scraps from the landfill.

Thank you Mayor Mike Cinquanti for your support and for stopping by to chop pumpkins with us.

Thirty-four households participated in dropping off their pumpkins, cornstalks, and straw bales with a total of 2098 lbs diverted from the landfill to create compost for the Esperanza Verde Garden.
